Ingredients
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, sauté shrimp in olive oil and garlic until pink. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and add Cajun seasoning, garlic, and heavy cream.
Let the sauce simmer and thicken for a few minutes.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
